SERVICES: 24-hour notice is required to change your appointment time. Please call the staff member directly to do so.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations are subject to change or cancellation at any time due to natural disasters (i.e. weather related--flooding, blizzard/snowstorm, etc.); personal health concerns of staff member reserved (i.e. seasonal virus' such as the flu); or any other unforeseen situations as warranted.
PAYMENTS: Any service with a subtotal of $100 or greater, are requested to submit 50% payment prior to the appointment, in order to secure services. Payments are accepted in the form of cash and check/money orders.
CANCELATION: 48-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Canceling with less than 24-hours notice will result in a fee* of $10.00 (*fee amount is subject to change at any time). Cancellation fees may be waived if the service appointment is rescheduled within 30 days.
